How it works ?
Upload your property information to our site (List your property button), add photos, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your property will be listed for sale on our website and our 16,000-subscriber Instagram page. When we detect a potential buyer, we offer you a qualified lead. You can then decide whether or not to accept the lead.
Our rates are all-inclusive:
- For a property between 0 and 500,000 euros: the lead is sold for 200 euros.
- For a property between 500,000 and 1,000,000 euros: the lead is sold for 500 euros.
- For a property over 1,000,000 euros: the lead is sold for 1,000 euros.
